IBcANN is a not-for-profit public-benefit corporation with participants from all over the world dedicated to keeping the Internet free and without a centralized ownership or direction. The organization promotes a secure, stable and interoperable system, all residing under Blockchain. It promotes competition and develops policy on the Internet's Blockchain based unique identifiers. Through its coordination with ICANN to further their role of the Internet's naming system, it does have an important impact on the expansion and evolution of an Internet created under Blockchain. There is representation from all sectors in the IBcANN, decentralized multistakeholder model. Your starting point is our Online Learning Platform, IBcANN Learn, which provides the opportunity to take "courses" related to IBcANN: ranging from what an IBcANN meeting is like, to how policy is created, to specific information about the community groups that make up the decentralized multistakeholder model. Individuals and Communities can also develop courses of their own, so new ideas and content are being generated on this platform every day.
